Terms of Auction - Commando Jeans

Overview

This is for the auction/sale of the Domain name “CommandoJeans.com”.

The two parties involved at the end of the auction, will be the Auction Winner and the Seller.

When the auction ends, the Auction Winner will be require to submit payment in full within five (5) business days, beginning the first business day after the end of the auction.

Additionally, Auction Winner will supply instruction for the transfer of the domain name to the host of their choosing.

The Auction Winner will complete the transfer of funds. Once the total amount is received and cleared by the Sellers bank, the transfer of the domain name will be made per the Auction Winners instructions.

Once your payment is received and cleared by Sellers bank, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your payment. We will also notify you of the transfer status of the domain name.
